What Recline does today—and what's still being tested.
A product in open beta should be honest about what works, what has restrictions and what is not ready. These descriptions reflect the available source and public product documentation, not a new independent live test of every feature.
Feature availability
Username/password registration, channels, invitations and roles are represented in the current product. Test-account signup and recovery should still be checked before making reliability claims.
Text messaging and direct messages are available as beta capabilities. Metadata remains server-readable; not all uploads have message-text encryption.
WebRTC calling exists, but quality and connectivity depend on browsers, networks and relay availability.
Daily rewards, tips and presentation features are implemented. A Sparks balance does not establish cashout eligibility.
Stripe purchase code exists, but purchase availability and refund behaviour must be checked against the live application before enabling or advertising a specific offer.
Eligibility and source-of-funds controls are undergoing further verification. No user should assume purchased, promotional or mixed-origin Sparks can be withdrawn. Verify actual availability in the application.
Prototype/staging work is not a production feature. No crypto payout should be advertised as available until independently tested and approved.
Customizable banners, status and profile details have been developed separately. The build and database tests have not yet established a general public release.
Sparks used for participation, rewards, purchasing or cosmetics do not automatically represent verified earnings. Cashouts, where enabled, require eligible earnings and additional checks. Purchases should not be made on the assumption they can later be withdrawn.
Encryption has limits.
Current channel/DM text uses client-side encryption. Service metadata and file uploads have different protections, and there has not yet been an independent formal security audit. Read the full explanation before relying on the service for sensitive material.
